Intended for SU faculty and staff teaching. This course may be taken individually or as part of the Soaring with Online Learning certificate program. Learning assessments are most productive when they are valid, reliable measures of stated learning outcomes. More so, assessments does not automatically mean a text, quiz or exam but rather the method in which a learner will demonstrate a skill or knowledge. This course will assist you in selecting authentic assessment strategies and academic technologies that work well in an online format.

This course is self-paced. A certificate of completion will be given to individuals who earn an 80% or higher for the course.
