The MyClasses 101: Course Design Essentials provides the basic training for faculty or staff designing a course in MyClasses. This course may be taken individually or as part of the Soaring with Online Learning certificate program.

Objectives:

• Utilize the Online and Hybrid Template to jump-start your course design.
• Use the tools in MyClasses Canvas to develop and organize instructional materials, activities, and assessments.
• Explore additional instructional software to assist with the development and delivery of your course.
• Implement Universal Design methods when developing course content for accessibility of all learners.

This course is self-paced. A certificate of completion will be given to individuals who earn an 80% or higher for the course.
