Full course description
Intended for SU faculty and staff teaching. This course will introduce the Backward Design model and the concept of alignment between essential course components (learning objectives, assessments, instructional materials, activities, and technology).
Participants are strongly encouraged to work with an Instructional Designer to plan their course, using the provided “Course Design Matrix”, and develop course content accordingly.
This course is self-paced. A certificate of completion will be given to individuals who earn an 80% or higher for the course and complete all required activities.
